The rain is Tess, the fire's Joe and they call the wind Mariah.
A warm front moving rapidly from the south was pushed east by a cold front moving in from the
west. The weather station said it only reached 36 mph winds, but we all thought it was higher then that. Light damage for the most part, but I had to call my insurance company about the siding. The wind stripping it from the house and banging it back against the plywood made a horrid sound. You can imagine the feeling as I went out to pick up pieces of my house strewn across the backyard.
Maybe some good sized evergreen trees need to be planted on the north side of the house. Just another thing to worry about.
