A neighbor stopped by last week to give us some information about our community. The developer still holds the HOA responsibility until this transfers to the home owners. We just learned that due to the slow market, sales people have been removed from the model home and the development is no longer listed on the Ryan Website. Those homes under construction will be completed (about 3), but no additional starts are planned. Phase 2 will obviously not be opened.
So, a meeting has been scheduled for next month to discuss our future. I'm pleased that community look like we reached 'critical mass" but am curious about prior commitments and how our monthly HOA fees will be managed/utilized.
