Holey Moley

I decided to have a professional do the lighting work in the kitchen. The chandelier was moved from the very inconvenient spot in the middle of the passage way, to centered over the table. (Research of the floor plan shows that the spot was originally reserved for a 'dinette'.) Can lights were installed and two under counter lights were put directly over the sink.

As you can see, a few holes were left after the wiring was re-routed. Not my favorite job, sheet rock work will be done this weekend to plug the holes in the wall and ceiling. (That is, if I can find my tools packed away in boxes somewhere in the basement.)
