About a year

We sold our home in Georgia on May 8th and signed the contract for a new house in Pennsylvania on June 8th, 2007. We were (I think) the seventh home to close in the development. I have been very impressed with the builder and his attention to customer concerns, so perhaps that is one reason houses continue to go up in this environment of cost cuts and economic slow down.

My wife and I thought that perhaps about a dozen houses had been built. The image shows we were wrong by half. As I went out for a morning errand, the surveyors were across the street staking out another house.

A little good news in tough times.
