Day 27 of the Build.

Nothing new. A beautiful clear Pennsylvania day, temps in the low 80's. Ours is the only lot that has a foundation sticking out of it. All others are in final stages of assembly, or not started at all. Hopefully that will mean it will go fast once they get started. No lumber on site yet.

Number 38 moved in. Congratulations!

Interest rates are s l o w l y dropping. Experts think the Fed will cut a 1/4 point in September, which can only be good news for us. I expect to lock in the rate soon after that.
