The season's biggest storm dumped up to a foot of snow on Berks County, closed stores right before Christmas and caused several crashes Saturday.
"It's not a record, but it's more snowfall than we typically see for this time," said Alan R. Reppert, senior meteorologist with AccuWeather near State College.
