Weekly Update

Day 10 of the build. Just got a call from Dave, the Ryan PM. He just wanted to touch base. Next week they plan to finish the concrete work, including basement floor and garage floor. He is trying to expedite the delivery of lumber, which is currently scheduled to arrive the 4th week of August. He said if he can get it a week earlier he has the crew available to start framing.
