As I made my turn onto Gehringer Road, a concrete mixing truck was on his way out. I didn't immediately realize that he was working for me today. I pulled up to the site to find a workman troweling out my garage floor while other workers waited for another load to finish the basement. The foundation has been back filled and it looks higher, sits higher on the property then I expected. It is just what I had hoped for, a small front yard to be heavily landscaped avoiding a lot of lawn to mow. Of course, that may make the driveway a bit steeper, but the plot shows a 7.5% grade, which doesn't seem too bad (in the middle of summer).
