The activity around the house is at a hyper pace right now. I had to be careful where I parked because of electrical, plumbing and flooring trucks already there and delivery trucks arriving and pulling up into the driveway. The lot has been graded, seeded and mulched. Rain gutters and down spouts are in place. The electrical main meter is installed. Most exciting today was seeing the flooring installed. The hardwoods look great against the kitchen cabinets. Vinyl is installed. 
The bathroom showers have been tiled. Plumbing supplies are stored in the garage.Progress!
