D@!^ Snow

It was a cold dreary day already when I went out for the news paper this morning. Frost on the ground and chilling Northwesterly wind made me rush to put the outgoing mail in the box and scurry back to my hot mug of coffee. The day only got more dismal. We've had intermittent snow showers all day long, and now it is just starting to accumulate. It's only a dusting, but a prelude to the long bitter months to come.

I bought a snow thrower on Sunday. I secured the water to the exterior hose bibs to keep the pipes from freezing. June is a long way off.
