The builder had provided two additional kitchen cabinets due to some flaws we found during our walk through. I had put them in the dining room for protection from all of the other moving activity in the garage and basement. We knew we needed more kitchen storage, and two cabinets taking up space in another room didn't make much sense. The problem was I couldn't find my stud sensor. I don't have a fine tuned magic knuckle to tap on the walls to find the studs, and I couldn't afford to make mistakes putting extra holes in the cabinets and walls. Back to Home Depot.
The salesman advised me to get the least expensive model, as the advanced features on the more expensive ones are seldom used by home owners. They also had a neat laser level on sale. Getting ready to leave, my wife reminded me we needed a new switch for one of the table lamps. So we went over to electrical to look at the lamp supplies, found what I needed and again turned to walk out. "Why don't we look at ceiling fans?"
Yesterday was a busy day. Two cabinets installed, two ceiling fans installed, and the two bi fold doors for the laundry room were re-installed.
