I went out just to see them load drywall, and to my astonishment found a new roof installed on the house. The PM had made arrangements for two crews to work on the place, removing the old stained shingles replacing them with the new 'dimensional' look. A wonderful improvement!
Insulation is being installed and the drywall is already loaded in the house. PM thinks the initial drywall installation should be done by Tuesday morning.
