Day 59 of the build

All of the rooms are done. The final coats of mud are drying and the place looks great. The drywall subcontractor inadvertently finished the entire garage (another upgrade) and it looks huge. The garage door is on now, and yesterday the temporary locks were installed. Now items can be stored in the house securely.

The PM wants to check the grade of the front yard to insure it meets his lot specification, and soon the drive way will be installed. I think he is slightly ahead of schedule for the October 26 walk through.
